  • Roshni Shah

    Roshni joined Sustain in September 2024 as Diversity Outreach Coordinator (Maternity Cover). She coordinates Sustain's diversity outreach work which aims to bring more people from underrepresented backgrounds, with specific focus on ethnic diversity, into the progressive food and farming sector. The work includes a movement building programme, helping organisations to become more inclusive and anti-racist. She also manages Sustain’s Roots to Work jobs platform which is a tool to engage new and diverse talent into the sector.

    Roshni has over 10 years of experience of working and volunteering in sustainable food and community spaces and has always been passionate about diversity. Most recently she was Plant Prospects Programme Manager at Made in Hackney and Community Coordinator at Elizabeth House Community Centre.
