Mental Health: Past and Present

Our new intensive short course covers the history of debates and developments in the field of mental health, contextualises contemporary mental health policy, and offers tutor-led visits to museum exhibitions for an interactive learning experience. Working therapeutically with children and adolescents

This short course is designed for those seeking to deepen their understanding and refine their therapeutic skills when working with children and young people.

Mother and infant observation

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to apply psychodynamic and psychoanalytic concepts and theories to the understanding of infant development. Learners will gain an understanding of the critical role of early infant development and relationships, as well as recognise the lasting impact of early relationships on later stages of human development.

We are currently offering three entry points to this course, all of which cover the same content. 

Mother and Infant Observation: September Entry

This entry point begins in September and runs through until May.

Mother and Infant Observation: January Entry

This entry point starts in January and runs through until August.

Mother and Infant Observation: April Entry

This entry point starts in April and runs through until November.
